Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups buckwheat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbsp sugar

2 eggs

2 cups keifer

Directions

Combine wet ingredients in smaller bowl and dry ingredients in larger bowl. Gently stir wet ingredients into dry. Do not over stir. Pour batter into skillet with your choice of oil.

Makes about 20 pancakes.

Pair with some fresh fruit and pure maple syrup.
