Hummus

Ingredients
1 15.5 oz can of rinsed chickpeas
1 medium clove of garlic
2 lemons juiced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2-3/4 cup of water
1/2-3/4 cup of tahini
* last two items depend on preferred consistency
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except for tahini, in a food processor. Stop, scrape the sides, and blend again. Add tahini and blend for a long period of time (several minutes).
* The measurements above are rough estimates since I typically add and taste, add and taste, until it's perfection!
