"Mac 'n' Cheese"

Ingredients

Whole wheat pasta

Parmesan cheese, grated (large, not fine)

Garlic, chopped

Olive oil

Optional: Kale, spinach, chard, tomatoes, eggs

Directions

While water is boiling and (any type of) whole wheat pasta is cooking, heat olive oil and add garlic in a pan. Add any or all of the optional ingredients and sautee for a few minutes. Once pasta is cooked, add to the saute pan and fully coat pasta with oil. Add grated cheese and serve.

Servings are based on the amount of pasta you cook. Add meat for additional protein.
