Pesto

Ingredients
3 cups of basil and/or any leafy green (arugula, spinach, chard)
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of walnuts
3/4 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients except for cheese in a food processor. Scrape down sides a few time in between blends. Transfer to bowl and stir in cheese.
Great for pasta, eggs, breads, any protein and as a dip.
Add more olive oil and less cheese for a thinner consistency.
