Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup egg whites (depends on size of banana and scoop of powder)
Directions
Mash up banana in a bowl. Pour in the egg whites. Then stir in the protein powder*. Scoop out about 2 tbsp of batter into greased pan. Cook on each side for a couple of minutes. Delicious with a tbsp of natural peanut butter and fresh berries. * My go-to protein powder is Truvani. It's a plant-based 5-ingredient powder with no added emulsifiers, gums, chemicals, etc.
