Basic Tahini Dressing/Dip

Combine about a 1/2 cup of tahini, the juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste and water to create the consistency that you desire. Great on salads, raws veggies, roasted veggies and potatoes, and all meats and fish.

Soy-Tahini Dressing/Dip

Combine about a 1/2 cup of tahini, 1 tbsp soy or tamari sauce, and water to create the consistency that you desire. Great in stir fry dishes. Add after veggies/meat are cooked and removed from the heat. Also good on all items mentioned in the basic tahini recipe above.
