Tzatziki

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1 lime - juiced

1 mini cucumber - minced

1 small clove of garlic - miced

10 leaves fresh mint - minced

Salt to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill. Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh mint. Delicious on raw or roasted veggies, as well as all types of meat of fish. Also quite yummy and refreshing to eat on its own.
